Murray Supervisor of Records July 30, 2020 SPR20/1193 Eileen Pitts Weymouth Public Schools 11 Middle Street Weymouth, MA 02189 Dear Ms. Pitts: I have received the petition of Anastasia Lennon appealing the nonresponse of the Weymouth Public Schools (Schools) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Lennon requested “data on advanced placement class enrollment.” Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Schools provided Ms. Lennon a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Lennon may appeal the substantive nature of the Schools’ response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
