Murray Supervisor of Records July 28, 2020 SPR20/1194 Ms. Helen Rush-Lloyd Records Access Officer Massachusetts Department of Public Health 250 Washington Street Boston, MA 02108 Dear Ms. Rush-Lloyd : I have received the petition of David Kassel appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Public Health (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on June 25, 2020, Mr. Kassel requested the various records regarding the “Weekly State Facility Report” within the possession of the Department. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Kassel petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/1194, was opened as a result. It is my understanding a representative of the Department provided a response to Mr. Kassel on July 27, 2020. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Kassel may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
