G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. O’Connor requested all emails sent from email address jaoce3@gmail.com to Thomas Daly, and all public records requests made between May 1, 2020 and the present. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Division provided Mr. O’Connor a response to his requests. Accordingly, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed. Mr. O’Connor may appeal the substantive nature of the Division response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
