Murray Supervisor of Records August 13, 2020 SPR20/1282 Michael Canales North Adams City Administrator’s Office 10 Main Street North Adams, MA 01247 Dear Mr. Canales: I have received the petition of Gerrit Blauvelt appealing the nonresponse of the North Adams City Administrator’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Blauvelt requested meeting minutes from a certain time period. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the office provided Mr. Blauvelt a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Blauvelt may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
