G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Jenkins requested several categories of records within the possession of the District. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Jenkins petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the request for an appeal, I learned that the District responded to Ms. Jenkins’s request with a response sent on August 4, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the District’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Jenkins may appeal the substantive nature of the District’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
