Boston Public Health Commission 1010 Massachusetts Avenue Boston, MA 02118 Dear Attorney Batool: I have received the petition of Maggie Mulvihill appealing the nonresponse of the Boston Public Health Commission (Commission) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Mulvihill requested various records related to any mentions of homeless encampments in Boston and records from the 2019 Mayor’s Conference in Honolulu. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Commission provided Ms. Mulvihill a response to her request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Mulvihill may appeal the substantive nature of the Commission’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
