G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Ytkin submitted a request for “any and all documents to include emails, text messages, cell phone records and any and all correspondence regarding the current park board commissioners/ commissioners appointments and potential appointments, removals, any legal options requested from the Corporation counsel and whether verbally or written regarding the Park Board… [including] the Mayor, Corporation Council, Chief of Staff, John Perry, Nancy Smith and City Clerk (Allison Bouchard) from November 1, 2019 to Present” within the possession of the Office. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Ytkin petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated August 6, 2020. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Office’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Ytkin may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
