Office of the Attorney General One Ashburton Place, 18th Floor Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Tarrow: I have received the petition of Maggie Mulvihill appealing the purported nonresponse of the Office of the Attorney General (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Mulvihill requested all records related to or referencing the Office’s receipt of a letter from the Committee for Public Counsel Services and the American Civil Liberties Union Foundation of Massachusetts regarding identified cases. Having received no response, Ms. Mulvihill petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated August 5, 2020. Consequently, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Mulvihill may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
