Murray Supervisor of Records August 25, 2020 SPR20/1354 Greg Lucey Malden City Clerk’s Office 110 Pleasant Street Malden, MA 02148 Dear Mr. Lucey: I have received the petition of Jim Haddadin appealing the nonresponse of the Malden City Clerk’s Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Haddadin requested several years’ worth of misconduct complaints filed with the Malden Police Department. . In an email dated August 18, 2020, Mr. Haddadin informed this office that he received the requested records and therefore wishes to withdraw his administrative appeal.
