O. Box 306 Dedham, MA 02026 Dear Paul Munchbach: I have received the petition of Suresh Bhatia appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Dedham (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Bhatia requested various records from the Town. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Bhatia petitioned this office and these appeals were opened as a result. In an email dated August 20, 2020, the Town indicates it “has been in regular contact with this requester as it seeks to provide records responsive to his request." Conclusion Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Mr. Bhatia with a response to the requests in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law, and its Regulations as soon as practicable.
