Assistant District Attorney Middlesex District Attorney’s Office 15 Commonwealth Avenue Woburn, MA 01801 Dear Attorney DeBlander: I have received the petition of Jim Haddadin appealing the response of the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 50 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Haddadin requested “all records associated with its investigation into the Jan. 5, 2011 shooting death of Eurie Stamps, Sr.” In a September 1, 2020 email, Mr. Haddadin informed this office he wishes to withdraw the administrative appeal.
