Steven Sforza Administrative Services Supervisor Town of Salisbury – Police Department 24 Railroad Ave. Salisbury, MA 01952 Dear Sgt. Sforza: I have received the petition of Attorney Murat Erkan appealing the response of the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 50 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Erkan requested “Any/all police reports, CAD sheets, 911 calls and turret/dispatch recordings or other documents regarding any police incidents involving Roland Roberge, 3 Central St., Byfield, MA DOB 5/13/78.” In a September 1, 2020 email, Attorney Erkan informed this office he wishes to withdraw the administrative appeal.
