G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on August 14, 2020, Mr. Quemere requested the following records regarding “all audits of the police department’s overtime system from 2010 to the present.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Quemere petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/1563, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, the Department provided a response in an email dated September 4, 2020 with respect to Mr. Quemere’s August 14, 2020 request. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Quemere may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
