Mulvehill Executive Assistant to the Board Town of Norwood 566 Washington Street, Room 34 Norwood, MA 02062 Dear Ms. Mulvehill: I have received the petition of Mr. Douglas Wigandt appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Norwood (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on August 24, 2020, Mr. Wigandt requested “a copy of the current contract for the Town Manager.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Wignadt petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Town provided a response with respect to Mr. Wigandt’s request on September 9, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the lack of response by the Town, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
