G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on August 24, 2020, Mr. Quemere requested five categories of records related to use-of-force policies, incidents, as well as audits. On September 9, 2020, the City provided a response to Mr. Quemere including a fee estimate. Unsatisfied with the City’s response, Mr. Quemere petitioned this office, and SPR20/1631, was opened as a result. In an email dated September 9, 2020, Mr. Quemere informed this office that he wishes to withdraw this administrative appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
