G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on August 18, 2020, Mr. Haddadin requested records associated with the Office’s investigation in relating to an identified June 2, 2015 incident. Mr. Haddadin further notes in his request to the Office “the evidence reviewed by your office in this matter includes, but is not limited to: statements of the involved task force officers; audio-recorded interviews of civilian witnesses; video surveillance footage; police radio transmissions; ballistics analysis of the task force officers’ weapons and ammunition; physical evidence from the scene, including a knife recovered at the scene; criminalistics testing and analysis; the autopsy report with supporting documentation and photographs; scene photographs; and recordings of cell phone communications between [an identified individual] and identified parties known to investigators.” Additionally, Mr. Haddadin is seeking “the records also include the FBI Inspector’s Report Agent Involved Shooting Boston Field Office June 2, 2015, and accompanying documents, which were provided to your office on June 5, 2015; and the final Firearm Discharge Investigation Report, which was delivered to your office on April 12, 2016.” Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Haddadin petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/1667, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, a representative of the Office provided a response to Mr. Haddadin on September 21, 2020. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Haddadin may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
