Reen Town of Chelmsford Office of the Chief Assessor 50 Billerica Road Chelmsford, MA 02148 Dear Mr. Reen: I have received the petition of Stanley Mazurczyk appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Chelmsford Office of the Chief Assessor (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on August 28, 2020, Mr. Mazurczyk requested “property record cards” for listed addresses. Claiming to not have received the responsive records, Mr. Mazurczyk petitioned this office, and this appeal, SPR20/1710, was opened as a result. On September 21, 2020, Mr. Mazurczyk emailed this office stating, “…Mr. Reen, Town of Chelmsford Assessor, provided satisfactory response.” Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
