The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records September 21, 2020 SPR20/1721 Alexander deBlieck Public Records Paralegal Executive Office of Health and Human Services One Ashburton Place, Room 1109 Boston, MA 02108 Dear Mr. deBlieck: I have received the petition of Ms. Victoria Pulos, of the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute, appealing the nonresponse of the Executive Office of Health and Human Services (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on June 30, 2020, Ms. Pulos requested several documents and reports related to the MassHealth Estate Recovery. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Pulos petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Office provided Ms. Pulos with a response to her request, dated September 21, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s lack of response to Ms. Pulos’ request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Pulos may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
