G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Napolitano requested “a record of the Brady list held by” the Office. The Office responded to Mr. Napolitano’s request on September 2, 2020, stating that it required additional time to respond to the request. Unsatisfied with the Office’s response, Mr. Napolitano petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/1725, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Office provided a Mr. Napolitano with a supplemental response, producing responsive records. In light of response, Mr. Napolitano has informed this office that he no longer wishes to continue this appeal. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
