Box 306 Dedham, MA 02026 Dear Mr. Munchbach: I have received the petitions of James Maher appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Dedham (Town) to requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Maher requested various records from the Town. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Maher petitioned this office and these appeals were opened as a result. Based on Mr. Maher's appeal petitions and correspondence regarding the September 2, 2020 requests, it is unclear whether the Town responded to Mr. Maher's requests. The Town must clarify this matter. Conclusion Accordingly, the Town is ordered to provide Mr. Maher with a response provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law, and its Regulations within 10 business days.
