The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records October 7, 2020 SPR20/1777; SPR20/1778 Arthur B. Scott Collaborative for Educational Services 97 Hawley Street Northampton, MA 01060 Dear Mr. Scott: I have received the petition of Tim Bonham appealing the response of the Collaborative for Educational Services (Collaborative) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Bonham requested data from sign-in logs at the Connolly Center and for “the report about reading classes not taking place that was reported to you and Bill Diehl regarding MTU’s 2017/2018 academic year.” Unsatisfied with the Collaborative’s response, Mr. Bonham petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Collaborative provided a supplemental response on October 1, 2020. In light of this supplemental response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. Bonham may appeal the substantive nature of the Collaborative’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
