Murray Supervisor of Records October 5, 2020 SPR20/1816 Jeannette White City of Chelsea – City Clerk 500 Broadway Chelsea, MA 02150 Dear Ms. White: I have received the petition of Linnea Brandt appealing the nonresponse of the City of Chelsea (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Brandt requested information pertaining to Water & Sewer Department policies. Having received no response, Ms. Brandt petitioned this office. This office was notified that a response was provided, dated October 5, 2020. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Brandt may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
