Murray Supervisor of Records October 13, 2020 SPR20/1824 Donna Swanson Massachusetts Treatment Center 30 Administration Road Bridgewater, MA 02324 Dear Ms. Swanson: I have received the petition of Joseph Schmitt appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Treatment Center (Center) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Schmitt requested qualified examiners reports made involving an identified individual. It is my understanding the Center provided Mr. Schmitt a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Schmitt may appeal the substantive nature of the Center’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
