G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Spaulding requested records related to Department policies and data regarding residency investigations. The Department responded to the request on September 20, 2020, providing records. Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Ms. Spaulding petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/1845, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, Ms. Spaulding informed this office that the Department has provided the requested records.
