Murray Supervisor of Records October 15, 2020 SPR20/1868 Laura Kiesel VIA EMAIL Dear Ms. Kiesel: I have received your correspondence appealing a fee estimate provided by The Town of Arlington (Town) in response to your request for records. The requirements for an appeal are follows: Such appeal shall be in writing, and all appeals to the Supervisor must include a copy of the original request, any responses by the records access officer, and a statement indicating the reason for the appeal. 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1)(g). In your letter of appeal to this office, the required copy of your original request was not provided. Given that a copy of the original request was not included, I am closing this appeal. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, you provided this office with a copy of the original request.
