G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Parthasarathy submitted a request for the “draft meeting minutes from the Library Board of Trustees Meeting held on September 15, 2020,” “the Director's Report presented at the Sept 15, 2020 meeting,” and “any and all recordings of the Board of Trustees Meeting held on Sept 15, 2020” within the possession of the City. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Parthasarathy petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated October 5, 2020. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the City’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Parthasarathy may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
