Murray Supervisor of Records October 19, 2020 SPR20/1904 Mr. Andrew Quemere VIA EMAIL Dear Mr. Quemere: I have received your correspondence dated October 5, 2020. Specifically, you had submitted an appeal to this office concerning the response by the City of Newton (City) to a public records request. The requirements for an appeal are follows: Such appeal shall be in writing, and all appeals to the Supervisor must include a copy of the original request, any responses by the RAO, and a statement indicating the reason for the appeal. 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1)(g). In your letter of appeal to this office, the required copy of your original request was not provided. Given that a copy of the original request was not included, I am unable to process the appeal at this time. Please feel free to re-submit your appeal when you have retrieved copies of all the required documents.
