G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Blankenship requested records relating to himself as well as records relating to an identified Department employee. Having received no response, Mr. Blankenship petitioned this office. This office was notified on October 21, 2020 that the records have been provided. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
