The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records October 21, 2020 SPR20/2021 Sergeant Chris Donais North Brookfield Police Department 55 School Street North Brookfield, MA 01535 Dear Sergeant Donais: I have received the petition of Harold Blankenship appealing the nonresponse of the North Brookfield Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Blankenship requested records relating to himself as well as records relating to an identified Department employee. Having received no response, Mr. Blankenship petitioned this office. This office was notified on October 21, 2020 that the records have been provided. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department’s lack of a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Blankenship may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
