The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records October 30, 2020 SPR20/2023 Greg Lucey City Clerk City of Malden 110 Pleasant Street Malden, MA 02148 Dear Mr. Lucey: I have received the petition of Brian Delacey appealing the nonresponse of the City of Malden (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Lucey requested all emails sent to and from 4 specific City of Malden employees. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City provided Mr. Delacey a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Delacey may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
