The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records November 4, 2020 SPR20/2037 Robert Putnam Interim Superintendent Mount Greylock Regional School District 1781 Cold Spring Road, Suite 1 Williamstown, MA 01267-2770 Dear Mr. Putnam: I have received the petition of Kimberly Grady appealing the fee estimate of the Mount Greylock Regional School District (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on October 15, 2020, Ms. Grady requested “…emails to and from [S]tacie [V]iagard and Andrea Wadsworth to include al[l] emails she was BCC’d on from Stacie. This would be from 7/1/2019 to July 30 2020.” On October 20, 2020, the School responded to Ms. Grady’s request with a fee estimate. Unsatisfied with the School’s response, Ms. Grady petitioned this office, and appeal SPR20/2037 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the School provided a revised fee estimate to the requestor on November 3, 2020, based on Ms. Grady narrowing the scope of her request on October 21, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s October 15th fee estimate, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Grady may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
