G. L. c. 66, § l0A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on September 16, 2020, Attorney Kremer requested “…records regarding an April 2019 investigation into the Recreation Department.” The Department responded on September 29, 2020, with a responsive record redacted pursuant to Exemptions (a) and (c). Unsatisfied with the Department’s response, Attorney Kremer petitioned this office, and SPR02/2056, was opened as a result. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Department provided a supplemental response on November 4, 2020, addressing Attorney Kremer’s appeal. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Department’s September 29th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
