The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records November 2, 2020 SPR20/2114 Ms. Amy Kane Executive Assistant to Superintendent City of Framingham Public Schools 31 Flagg Drive Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Ms. Kane: I have received the petition of Ms. Corey Spaulding, appealing the nonresponse of the City of Framingham Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on September 23, 2020, Ms. Spaulding requested all information related to a certain event. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Spaulding petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. I learned that the School provided Ms. Spaulding with a response to her request dated October 30, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the School’s lack of response to Ms. Spaulding’s request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Spaulding may appeal the substantive nature of the School’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Ms. Corey Spaulding Attorney Phillip B.
