G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). In September 2020, Mr. Herman requested copies of records pertaining to any adjustment of the fee WGBH pays to the Library, and how much rent was paid to date. On October 16, 2020, Mr. Herman requested: “any and all records related to the [Library] granting rent relief to The Catered Affair with regard to its food services operations at [the Library] and its use of space in the lobby of the [Library’s] Johnson Building.” In a November 2, 2020 email, Mr. Herman informed this office that he wishes to withdraw this administrative appeal.
