G. L. c. 66, § l0A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on October 30, 2020, Mr. Wallack requested resident parking permit databases from 2019 and 2020, including the resident parking permits for the Mayor and his wife. These appeals involve issues related to a previous request by Mr. Wallack for residential parking permit data that is the subject of a dispute in active litigation relating to this Office's previous determination in the matter. See SPR17/0626 Determination of the Supervisor of Records; City of Somerville v. Rebecca Murray, as Supervisor of Public Records (Somerville), No. 1581CV04911.
