G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on October 1, 2020, Ms. Ronayne requested an identified communication. The School responded on October 26, 2020. Unsatisfied with the response, Ms. Ronanyne appealed and SPR20/2217 was opened as a result. I learned that the School responded to Ms. Ronayne’s request with a subsequent response sent on November 23, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s October 26th response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
