The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records November 24, 2020 SPR20/2229; SPR20/2230 SPR20/2231; SPR20/2232 Lisa Rooney Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority 60 State Street, Suite 900 Boston, MA 02109 Dear Ms. Rooney: I have received the petitions of Aleah Mofford appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority (Authority) to requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Mofford requested several categories of records within the possession of the Authority. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Ms. Mofford petitioned this office and these appeals were opened as a result. Subsequently, I learned that the Authority responded to Ms. Mofford’s requests with a response sent on November 19, 2020. Whereas the basis of the appeals was a result of the Authority’s lack of a written response, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed. Ms. Mofford may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
