G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Barrington requested “any and all e-mails to and from staff and board members regarding VFW Post 8006 between 10/15/2020 and 10/29/2020.” Having received no response, Mr. Barrington petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the City provided a response on November 18, 2020. In light of this response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
