Murray Supervisor of Records December 10, 2020 SPR20/2324; SPR20/2327 Attorney Shawn Williams City of Boston 1 City Hall Plaza Boston, MA 02201 Dear Attorney Williams: I have received the petitions of Alison Jarmanning appealing the nonresponse of the City of Boston (City) to 2 requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Jarmanning requested the records request log for the Boston Police Department, and any method of keeping track of requests made to the City. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the City provided Ms. Jarmanning a response to her requests. Accordingly, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed. Ms. Jarmanning may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
