G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, November 8, 2020, Mr. Jeswald requested the following records within the possession of the Department: • Any and all content of a named Massachusetts state trooper and badge number, including but not limited to audio, dashcam and body camera video on September 29, 2020; • Procedure manual, including the procedures and protocols of the Department’s internal affairs unit; • Documents and correspondences in relation to any and all parts of Department’s internal affairs investigation used in the case; • Audio and video recordings between two (2) named individuals…and between two (2) named officials within the Department. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Jeswald petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/2349, was opened as a result. I understand the Department provided a response on December 9, 2020 with respect to Mr. Jeswald’s November 8, 2020 request. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
