See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on November 10, 2020, Mr. Green requested the permit application process for use of the former Walter E. Fernald Developmental Center, including date of creation of the process and date of public posting of the process. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Green petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/2375, was opened as a result. Current Appeal A representative of the City provided a response dated November 25, 2020 with respect to Mr. Green’s November 10, 2020 request. Conclusion Accordingly, whereas the City provided a response dated November 25, 2020 and additionally confirmed it does not possess other records responsive to Mr. Green’s request, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Green may appeal the substantive nature of the City’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
