Massachusetts Department of Transportation 10 Park Plaza Boston, MA 02116 Dear Attorney Doyle: I have received the petitions of Claudia Shapiro appealing the nonresponse of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (Department) to requests for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Shapiro requested various records related to the Town of Great Barrington. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department provided Ms. Shapiro a response to her requests. Accordingly, I will now consider these administrative appeals closed. Ms. Shapiro may appeal the substantive nature of the Department response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
