Murray Supervisor of Records December 14, 2020 SPR20/2383 Captain Michael McLean Lexington Police Department 1575 Massachusetts Avenue Lexington, MA 02420 Dear Captain McLean: I have received the petition of Adrian Budiu appealing the response of the Lexington Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on November 5, 2020, Mr. Budiu requested an accident report regarding a certain incident. The Department provided a response on November 9, 2020, including the responsive record. Mr. Budiu petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/2383, was opened as a result. In a December 2, 2020 email, Mr. Budiu informed this office he wishes to withdraw the administrative appeal. Accordingly, per Mr. Budiu’s request to withdraw his appeal, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Sincerely, Rebecca S.
