Severino appealing the nonresponse of the Division of Professional Licensure (Division) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on November 10, 2020, Mr. Severino requested any and all information in relation to a named licensed social worker. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Severino petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/2391, was opened as a result. It is my understanding a representative of the Division notified a staff member of the Public Records Division that a response was provided with respect to Mr. Severino’s request on November 27, 2020 and December 10, 2020. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Severino may appeal the substantive nature of the Division’s response within ninety (90) days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
