Burke Malden Redevelopment Authority 17 Pleasant Street, 3rd Floor Malden, MA 02148 Dear Ms. Burke: I have received the petition of Brian DeLacey appealing the nonresponse of the Malden Redevelopment Authority (Authority) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. DeLacey requested various records relating to a September 9th Request for Additional Information on behalf of the Authority. Having received no response, Mr. DeLacey petitioned our office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, the Authority provided a supplemental response on December 15th. In light of this supplemental response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Mr. DeLacey may appeal the substantive nature of the Authority’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
