G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Herman requested several categories of records within the possession of the Office. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the request for an appeal, I learned that the Office responded to Mr. Herman’s request with a response sent on December 22, 2020. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Office’s failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
