Department of State Police 470 Worcester Road Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Attorney Staples: I have received the petition of Stacey Marmor, Esq. appealing the nonresponse of the Department of State Police (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Attorney Marmor requested various records relating to a specified investigation. Having received no response, Attorney Marmor petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, this office learned that a supplemental response was provided by the Department on December 22, 2020. In light of this supplemental response, I will consider this administrative appeal closed. If issues remain unresolved, Attorney Marmor may appeal the substantive nature of the Department’s response within 90 days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
