G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Fasulo requested a copy of the active voter roll. I learned that the Office provided Mr. Fasulo a response to his request. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Fasulo may appeal the substantive nature of the Office response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
