See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on November 24, 2020, Mr. Willis requested information concerning two (2) pending administrative appeals with the Department and procedures of the Department’s Appeals Unit. Conclusion The Department provided two (2) responses dated December 21st regarding Mr. Willis’ November 24th request. Accordingly, I will consider this administrative appeal closed.
