G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on December 4, 2020, Mr. Herman requested “hard copies and electronic copies of any and all current consulting agreements executed by the Commonwealth Corporation.” Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Herman petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. January 4th Response In an email dated January 4, 2020, the Corporation stated that “[b]y way of your appeal, Commonwealth Corporation first received notice of your request and began to search for responsive documents. To the extent that any such documents exist, they are being pulled together by our contracts team and we intend to respond fully to your request by Jan 12, 2021.” Order Accordingly, the Corporation is ordered to provide Mr. Herman with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law, and its Regulations by January 12, 2021.
