See G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on December 3, 2020, Mr. Rocheleau requested the following records within the possession of the Office: • A copy of all of the following documents for pandemic-related goods/commodities and services each of the following vendors provided this year: Contract(s) o Purchase order(s) o Invoice(s) o Packing slip(s) or other document(s) showing what was delivered o Any rejected invoices, and any notices to vendors explaining the reason(s) o for rejection Performance reports, satisfaction survey(s) or similar document showing o whether the agency was satisfied with the vendor’s performance Any complaint letters sent to the vendor o Any contract disputes and resolutions o  CDW Government LLC  Safeware INC  Savilinx, LLC  Trans Med USA, INC  TTEC@Home, LLC. Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Rocheleau petitioned this office and this appeal, SPR20/2576, was opened as a result. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Mr. Rocheleau may appeal the substantive nature of the Office’s response within ninety (90) days.
